At first glance it was my luxury break at the busiest time of the year when really I ought to have been around, This was not a holiday but it turned out to be the getaway I needed to enhance my ongoing journey of personal growth.
Thank you Nat and Gary for being so genuine and inclusive and creating a setting that allowed us to open up, share and unfold whatever it was each of us was working on. Thank you to all the others for sharing these special moments with me.
And yes, there was plenty of high quality yoga, which is why I signed up for this in the first place. It is amazing what you are capable of doing when you really want to or simply because Nathania is watching you.
