One month later my heart is still in Amorgos among the awesome human beings I met in this heartwarming retreat. Some of them will remain friends for life.
It was very intense physically and emotionally but Nat has this unique ability to make us feel both safe and very special. Her uplifting energy makes every yoga session, every workshop, every evening circle a very privileged and loving place to be…Always attentive to our needs…
It was a retreat about yoga, about self-development and self-confidence, about friendship, about inner depth, about who we really are, about letting go of all that does not serve us and about… Playtime!!! Hiking, snorkelling, visiting, eating, Spa-ing, lazing around the pool, all was there! Even surviving Gary’s crazy fitness sessions to then indulge in his relaxing yoga Nidra.
I’ll never thank Nat and Gary enough for making this week ever so special. Professionalism at its very best, yoga that makes you fly, heartfelt hugs that make you cry and melt, what else!? Just gratitude! Love you both, love you all, my beautiful fellow retreaters!
