Please review all terms and policies carefully. 
By signing up for a SoulTribe Adventures, LLC retreat, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A retreat is a big investment for you, as it is for us - we get it! We don't believe in taking your money if you are unable to join for a good reason, but we do believe in sticking to our commitments and we encourage you to jump in with both feet! 

The $500 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable. You're committing to joining us and living your best life!



We understand that things happen, so cancellations made up to 90 days before the retreat will receive a full refund, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit and any credit card processing fees that we were charged to receive your payment.

Cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the retreat will receive a 50% refund, minus the deposit and any fees. 

No refunds will be issued 45 days prior to the retreat.

Payment in full is required for registrations made within 45 days of a retreat. 



If you must cancel your reservation due to any reason within 45 days of the retreat, you have the option to gift your spot to someone else. The person must be on our roster within 2 weeks (14 days) of your cancellation request. SoulTribe Adventures, LLC will not refund any monies paid, but will honor your spot for someone else. In this case SoulTribe Adventures reserves the right to refuse any transfer. The person must be of the same sex when transferring shared accommodations.

A request to gift a retreat will not be accepted 14 days prior to the retreat.

Refunds will not be issued for any travel upgrades that we purchase as a group and may need to be purchased by the person gifting. Any questions please reach out to info@soultribeadventures.com.

RETREAT TRANSFER POLICY

Up to 60 days out from the retreat you may request to transfer your account balance and apply your payment(s) toward a future reservation within 12 months of the date of request.

  • You must email your request to info@soultribeadventures.com and receive a confirmation from that address.

  • Should the retreat you are transferring to be a lesser amount SoulTribe Adventures reserves the right to withhold up to the $500 deposit.

  • Should the retreat you are transferring to be a greater amount SoulTribe Adventures will invoice you for the difference in price payable within 15 days.

Any transfer request will void the refund and cancellation policy above and make your reservation nonrefundable. One (1) transfer of this type is allowed per reservation. Should you miss the second retreat for any reason all monies will be forfeited.


COVID CANCELLATION POLICY 2023

In the event that borders close and we are unable to travel to a given retreat location due to government regulations only, we will postpone the retreat to the next earliest possible date. You will have the option of keeping your retreat payment on file with us and joining us at the new scheduled date, transfer your reservation to another retreat in the future, or to receive a refund, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.

Flights, additional accommodations, transportation costs or travel expenses are not refunded in any situation.

We adhere to the health recommendations of all local governments - we wear masks and will require negative COVID tests to attend the retreat in any country that requires it. Be prepared to get tested or and comply with any local government regulations for the smoothest trip possible!

Should a member of the retreat be diagnosed with COVID, or any communicable disease, after the retreat begins we will make best efforts to protect the group using distancing, masks, and other protocols that are available. SoulTribe Adventures will notify the group as soon as possible so that you can make your own decisions with regards to your health.


ROOM CHANGE POLICY


If, after arriving on the retreat, you would like to change rooms for any reason the entire cost of the room change will be your responsibility. This includes the cost of upgrading the roommate(s) room if required.

TAXES, FEES, AND OTHER INCIDENTALS


Some resorts charge tourist fees and taxes to the guest on a per night basis. Unless otherwise stated you will be responsible to the resort at the time of checkout for these. In addition you are responsible for having a valid credit card to use for any incidentals charged to your room during your stay.


SOULTRIBE CANCELLATION POLICY


In the event that SoulTribe Adventures, LLC needs to cancel the retreat for any reason including but not limited to: illness, physical deterioration or family emergency, you will receive a full refund (minus nonrefundable deposit).

Retreats need a minimum of 5 participant sign-ups in order to run. If we have not met the minimum registrations 45 days prior to the retreat start date, SoulTribe Adventures, LLC reserves the right to cancel the event. You will have a choice between a refund of your payments (minus the non-refundable deposit), or transferring your full payments to another retreat taking place within 12 months. 

Some of the places we travel to are locations that my be affected by hurricanes, earthquakes or other natural disasters. In the event that a retreat must be canceled due to a natural disaster, act of terrorism, political unrest or any other situation making travel to the location impossible and/or too dangerous, you may receive a percentage of your monies paid, minus the nonrefundable deposit, depending on the resort/hotel refund policy.

Flights, additional accommodations, transportation costs or travel expenses are not refunded in any situation. These agreements are between you and the provider/travel agent/broker and SoulTribe Adventures, LLC is not responsible for them.


We recommend purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE to protect your investment.

SOLICITATION

You understand and agree that you will not solicit yourself, your services, your events or programs/products (this includes MLM and network marketing) to other participants or Clients of SoulTribe Adventures, LLC, while participating in the Retreat. If you are found to be doing so you will be asked to leave the retreat at your own expense.

DISCLAIMERS

  • The total cost listed on the website is per person in USD and does not include airfare to the destination airport. Optional outings and travel upgrades may be offered at an additional cost.

  • Official travel dates and times for each retreat are listed on each retreat page in the section titled Travel & Logistics. Any dates and times listed on any other page of this site, social media, or elsewhere should not be relied on for accurate booking. You will be responsible for any costs incurred for booking outside of these dates and times. If there are any questions, please email info@soultribeadventures.com before booking your travel.

  • Very occasionally, SoulTribe Adventures may need to make a change to transportation & logistics schedules for reasons that are outside our control (ie: Ferry schedules changing unexpectedly to get us to island resorts, weather conditions that make it impossible to reach the resort on a particular day, etc). While SoulTribe Adventures will do everything in our power to mitigate these changes, any fees incurred to update flight arrival times are the responsibility of the participant. We recommend purchasing travel insurance whenever possible.

  • SoulTribe Adventures, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing items while traveling to, traveling from, or on the retreat.

  • SoulTribe Adventures, LLC is not responsible for airline cancellations, missed flights or transportation issues prior to or after the retreat. You may incur additional transportation charges to the resort if you miss your flight and are unable to ride with the pre-scheduled shuttles.

  • All reservation & bookings are first come, first served.

  • We do not hold spots or rooms without a deposit for any length of time.

  • A valid passport is required if you are leaving your home country to attend a retreat. Make sure you have at least 6 months until its expiration.

  • You have until 90 days before the retreat to request any refund without penalty. All deposits are non-refundable. 

  • Travel insurance is not included in the price of the retreat but is highly recommended for ultimate protection

  • If you book a shared room and do not specify a roommate, we will pair you with another same-sex traveler

  • You must pay your retreat balance at least 30 days before the retreat start date. If the retreat balance is not paid in full 30 days prior to the retreat start date, SoulTribe Adventures, LLC reserves the right to cancel the booking and fill the space without a refund.

  • We reserve the right to cancel booking without refund and/or refuse service to any participant who displays or is said to display violent behavior of any kind before or during the retreat.

  • You must sign and return a liability waiver before the first day of the retreat. This will be emailed to you a few weeks before.

  • While we try to accommodate most dietary preferences, any changes to a retreat’s menu that cause a change in cost will be passed on to the individual making the request.
