This hybrid adventure is an active retreat focused on mental and physical wellness, good food, good people and adventure with a healthy dose of humor and play. We’re more like a summer camp for adults than a retreat, and this trip is designed to refresh you, inspire you and make you feel part of something.

Feel stronger, clearer and more connected to YOU.

We start each the day with a Vinyasa Yoga class every morning with Nathania, and get our workout on with Gary’s kickass Metabolic Effect workout (30 minute HIIT workouts at your own pace).

Based on how activity-packed the day is, we often end with restorative & yin yoga and/or Yoga Nidra Meditation to relax and restore!


In between, choose tO:

  • Dig deeper and look at the way you’re showing up for yourself in different areas of your life with intentional group circles and discussions

  • Build confidence and strength and learn to stand upside down on your head and hands to see things from a different perspective (literally)

  • Rest and restore with guided Yoga Nidra meditations (also known as Yogic Sleep) that bring you to deep states of mental and physical relaxation

  • Explore stunning ruins and historic Greek towns

  • Explore the Mediterranean’s incredible marine life on a snorkeling adventure with our own private yacht!

  • Connect to your inner kid with games and activities that remind you what it’s like to let loose, laugh with abandon and be at ease in your body

  • Nourish yourself with quiet time to hang on your own, read, enjoy a massage or connect one-on-one with incredible people from all over the world

Movement and play are a big part of our programs. Dropping the hats we wear and feeling like kids again brings us back to who we truly are and gives us a chance to look at life with a fresh perspective.

We welcome all ages and all levels of experience. Our classes accessible, challenging, playful and fun for everyone. You don't need to be a yogi or a fitness buff - you just need to be a human being interested in exploring, playing, growing and getting your movement on! Basic familiarity with yoga is recommended but not required.

Transportation & Logistics

Getting to Amorgos is an adventure and part of the fun of this retreat! Since this retreat is 2 years away, ferry schedules are all TBD. They will not be published until May of 2026, so we will email you all the info you need as it becomes available.

Here is the run-down:

  • Land in Athens International Airport (ATH) no later than September 7th at 6:00 am, and make your way by ferry to the island of Amorgos. The ferry typically leaves Piraeus Port in Athens at 9:00 am and arrives in Amorgos by 3:00 pm. The taxi ride from the airport to the port is aprox. 45 minutes.

  • The ferry company is Blue Star Ferries www.bluestarferries.com. Ferry ticket bookings will be available starting May 2026.

  • We will email you details about ferry ticket bookings and recommended arrival times 100 days before the trip.

  • Greece is a popular destination and many people choose to arrive early or extend their trip and spend time in Athens or one of the other amazing islands. For this reason, it is best for you to book your own ferry ticket so you have flexibility to plan your ideal vacation.

    DEPARTURES

  • If you wish to leave the resort at the same time as the retreat ends, plan to book your ferry ticket departing Amorgos at 7:50 pm on September 14th, 2026. The ferry will arrive back in Athens at 5:00 am on September 15th, in time to get you to the airport for a flight out.

  • Plan to fly out from Athens airport (ATH) after September 15th, 2026 no earlier than 8:00 am.

  • If a large enough group is traveling back to Athens Airport, we will provide transportation from the Port to Athens Airport on September 15th. We will have information about this approximately 90 days prior to the trip.

    Our yoga and fitness classes are challenging to all levels and we meet you where you are in your practice and physical abilities. Nathania loves to make yoga playful and accessible no matter how much or how little experience you have. Gary’s workouts are designed for all levels of fitness too. He likes to say that his grandmother and an Olympic athlete could both get a good workout. If you want to dabble in the world of mindfulness and meditation without being TOO serious about it, we've got you.

Our adventures span the realm of cave drops of 300ft in Belize to zip lining on the longest line in Mexico, to jumping from a 50ft pendulum swing or hiking to the top of a volcano in the middle of the night. Our adventures are designed to meet you where you are and help you break through your own mental blocks and self-imposed limits. You can do ANYTHING. Start by doing something daring.
