I’m the type that needs to process at times thus the delayed acknowledgment of the retreat. To say your retreat had a huge impact on me would be an understatement. It was more than I dared to ask or imagine. I am stronger, more motivated and excited to continue this experience now that I’m home. Linda and I both are looking for a class here in Winston!  I also feel empowered and excited to see how far I can go with your yoga lessons, workouts and personal growth experiences.

The two of you are so down to earth and relatable and giving. You made each of us want to give a little more each time we came to class, yet there was never any pressure. That is a gift.

Lastly the experience of meeting people from so many places and walks of life in such a beautiful setting was priceless.  Linda and I will be back, good Lord willing. It may be a year or two but we both said we would definitely go again! We tell anyone that will listen….it was simply AMAZING!  Thank you both.
